    For a cap that looks polished but still handles work, the Carhartt CT106687 Rugged Professional Series Cap uses a cotton/poly/spandex canvas with built-in stretch and a breathable polyester mesh back. The Carhartt Force sweatband with FastDry wicks sweat and fights odor, and the structured, mid-profile crown keeps its shape.

    The Carhartt label is sewn on the side, leaving the front panel open for your embroidered logo. Pair it with the Rugged Professional Series shirts for a coordinated look for service techs, inspectors, and client-facing crews. Every cap is embroidered in-house.
